Merik Distribution Counter Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday
Location: Mississauga, ON

As a customer service representative working at the counter of a Merik Distribution Center an employee will have various roles and responsibilities. 
The following is a brief overview of the position; however, the employee is expected to assist other staff as required from time to time in various duties as needed.

-         Provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers
-         Create a positive work environment
-         Professional engagement with supervisors, co-workers, customers and visitors
-         Advise clients on appropriate parts, accessories and or solutions on all product lines
-         Process quotations, order confirmations, orders and when required invoices for direct sales
-         Process digital payments only by debit or credit card when required
-         Picking materials in advance for pick up or at the time of order when required
-         Packaging materials when required
-         Logistic duties when required
-         Assist in inventory management including putting away inventory, organization & counting
-         Assist in ordering inventory
-         Assist in advising clients and or staff on delivery times, order delays and logistics
-         Assist in responding to e-mails and phone calls
